| Description | This Mouse Fastk antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 14-41 amino acids from the N-terminal region of mouse Fastk. Fas-mediated apoptosis is characterized by FASTK-dephosphorylation and TIA-1-phosphorylation. Both are activated and FASTK-mediated TIA-1 activation play a key role in apoptosis (By similarity). |
