Description | Information: Human CD44 molecules appear to serve as lymphocyte adhesion molecules with numerous functions in extracellular matrix binding, cell migration, hemopoisis, and lymphocyte homing. Antibody BU75 recognizes epitope 2 of the CD44 molecule which interacts with hyaluronate (HA) mediating binding of lymphocytes to high endothelial venules. Antibody BU75 blocks binding of HA to CD44. |
