| Description | This TIPIN antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 227-254 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TIPIN. Required for normal progression of S-phase. Important for cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress. May be specifically required for the ATR-CHK1 pathway in the replication checkpoint induced by hydroxyurea or ultraviolet light. |
