| Description | This protein A purified antibody is directed against human RFFL protein. The product was purified from monospecific antiserum by protein A chromatography followed by exhaustive dialysis against the buffer stated above. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with RFFL protein from dog (92%), rat (90%, mouse (89%) and bovine (87%) based on a high degree of protein:protein homology with the immunizing sequence. Expect reactivity with isoform 1, 2 and 3 of RFFL. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
