| Description | The Anti-Mouse IgM Antibody (Bet-2) specifically binds to mouse IgM. It does not react with other classes of mouse immunoglobulin. IgM is expressed during early stages of B lymphopoiesis, and then on the surface of majority of mature B cells. This antibody is CyTOF Label Ready and can be used directly for rare metal conjugation using MaxPar metal labeling kits (Fluidigm). CyTOF or mass cytometry uses rare metal conjugated antibodies to simultaneously profile over 40 different proteins on and within a single cell. CyTOF antibodies have the advantage over the traditional flow cytometry for its minimal signal overlap and simplified high-dimensional panel design for simultaneously profiling the phenotype and function of all cells.
