Description | 4ADX2 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD95 (Fas, Apo-1), a 45 kDa member of the TNFR superfamily. CD95 is expressed in different tumor cells and normal cells, and is priorities for CD45RO with strong-memory T cells and g/d T cell.CD95 expression is upregulated by auto-immune disease and virus infection(AIDS), CD178(Fas ligand) binding to CD95 induces apoptosis and has been shown to play a role in the maintenance of peripheral tolerance. |
