| Description | Chickens were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide conjugated to a protein carrier. Eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting fraction was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-DYKDDDDK was immunoaffinity purified. |
