| Description | This HOXD10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 305-334 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HOXD10. This gene is a member of the Abd-B homeobox family andencodes a protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. It isincluded in a cluster of homeobox D genes located on chromosome 2.The encoded nuclear protein functions as a sequence-specifictranscription factor that is expressed in the developing limb budsand is involved in differentiation and limb development.
