| Description | Specificity: Known reactivity with types 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 14, 18, 19 & 23. This product consists of purified IgG fraction of the above antiserum covalently coupled to a highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ >3) by methods developed by ViroStat. Care is taken to ensure adequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is absent. Immunoglobulin concentration in this product is 1-2 mg/ml. Estimated molar HRP:IgG substitution is 2-3. This preparation is supplied in a phosphate saline buffer stabilized with bovine serum albumin (10 mg/ml) and preserved with 0.002% thimerosal.
