| Immunogen | Biological Significance: This HLy9.25 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD229, an approximately 120-kDa member of the Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule immunoglobulin superfamily. This type I transmembrane glycoprotein is expressed on a variety of immune cell types, including thymocytes, T and B lymphocytes, and natural killer cells.
