| Description | Specificity: Human NRBP1 / MADM. NRBP contains a kinase-homology domain and exhibits an associated kinase activity. In addition, NRBP is a multidomain putative adapter protein containing two putative nuclear receptor binding motifs, a putative binding domain for Src homology-2 domain containing proteins, a bipartite nuclear localization signal, and three sequences rich in glutamic acid, serine, proline, and threonine (PEST) residues. |
