| Description | This ZW10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 59-88 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ZW10. This gene encodes a protein that is one of many involvedin mechanisms to ensure proper chromosome segregation during celldivision. The encoded protein binds to centromeres during theprophase, metaphase, and early anaphase cell division stages and tokinetochore microtubules during metaphase. |
