| Description | Anti-TCCR (CT) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody. This antibody recognizes an epitope at the C-terminus of human TCCR (T Cell Cytokine Receptor), a member of the type I cytokine receptor family. TCCR deficient mice have impaired responses of T helper cells (Th1) to protein antigens including decreased levels of IFN-g and Th1-dependent antibody production. TCCR is predominantly expressed in thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, and peripheral blood lymphocytes. |
