| Description | ERK/MAPK pT202/pY204 antibody is directed against human ERK/MAPK. ERK/MAPK pT202/pY204 antibodies are affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by lambda-phosphatase. Reactivity from the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine, canine, chicken, mouse, non-human primates, Xenopus and zebra fish. Anti-ERK/MAPK pT202/pY204 Antibody detects ERK/MAPK which is an integral component of cellular signaling during mitogenesis and differentiation of mitotic cells and also is thought to play a key role in learning and memory. The activity of this kinase is regulated by dual phosphorylation at Thr202 and Tyr204. Anti-ERK/MAPK pT202/pY204 Antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Cell Signaling and Cancer Research. |
