| Description | Anti-ERK/MAPK antibody is directed against rat ERK/MAPK. Anti-ERK/MAPK antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Anti-ERK/MAPK antibody recognizes ERK/MAPK from human, mouse, rat sources. Cross reactivity with ERK/MAPK from other species has not been determined. ERK/MAPK Antibody detects Extracellular-Signal Regulated Kinase/Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (ERK/MAPK) which is an integral component of cellular signaling during mitogenesis and differentiation of mitotic cells and also is thought to play a key role in learning and memory. The activity of this kinase is regulated by dual phosphorylation at Thr202 and Tyr204. Anti-ERK/MAPK Antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Cell Signaling and Cancer Research. |
