| Description | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CD80 / B7-1 (rh CD80 / B7-1; Catalog#10698-H08H; Met 1-Asn 242; NP_005182.1). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. |
