Sequencing protects your antibody from loss, mutation or contamination, and is also the first step toward antibody engineering and recombinant antibody production.For hybridoma sequencing, we offer a no-sequence-no-fee guarantee for any viable hybridoma. Our high-throughput NGS sequencing works on any species or isotype, and we can often rescue contaminated or unproductive hybridoma cell lines. For antibody protein sequencing, customers only need to provide > 0.1 mg of purified monoclonal antibody, after which we use mass spectrometry to determine the antibody's sequence. Our polyclonal sequencing service, launched in 2018, is a unique offering enabling immortalization of polyclonal antibodies. All services are royalty-free. |
