| Description | The PCOCheck ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative measurement of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) in human serum, Li-Heparin and K2 EDTA plasma. This assay is not impacted by AMH post translational modifications. It is intended to be used as an aid in the determination of ovarian reserve, and stratification of women with polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM). This kit is intended for laboratory research use only within the United States. Wide dynamic range of 6, 0.135-24 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.029 ng/mL. Requires 20 µL of Plasma, Serum. Total 1.5 hours incubation at room temperature. Species reactivity includes Human. Includes all reagents needed to run a 96-well plate, shipped at ambient temperatures and stored at 2-8C.
