| Description | Human dura mater was used to isolate Human Dural Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HDuMEC) from Creative Biolabs. At passage 1, HDuMECs are cryopreserved and given frozen. Each vial has a volume of 1 ml and 500 000 cells. HDuMECs can be identified by immunofluorescence using CD31 (PECAM) and/or vWF/Factor VIII-specific antibodies. HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi are not present in HDuMEC. Under the Creative Biolabs-provided circumstances, HDuMEC justifies an additional 5-fold population expansion. |
