This transfected CAR lentiviral vector is constructed to express a scfv of anti-GUCY2C antibody (MIL-44-67-4) linked to FcRγ+PI3K signaling domains.The anti-GUCY2C CAR engineered THP1 cells can be used to be differentiated into macrophage cells for in vitro or in vivo phagocytosis studies. This CAR-THP1 cell line product can be used for the researches of Metastatic colorectal cancer. |
