| Description | Bovine IgG ELISpot Flex enables enumeration of B cells secreting total IgG as well as antigen-specific IgG. It contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and a polyclonal activator. Antigen-specific B cells can be enumerated in two alternative ways; by coating with antigen or by using biotinylated antigen in the detection step. For memory B cells, we recommend pre-stimulation with R848 (included). |
