| Description | Mouse IgG2c ELISpot Flex enables enumeration of B cells secreting total IgG2c as well as antigen-specific IgG2c. The IgG2c allele is expressed in certain inbred mouse strains e.g., C57BL/6, C57BL/10, SJL and NOD. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP and polyclonal activators. With this kit, detection of antigen-specific IgG2c secreting B cells can be performed using coated antigen. If detection with biotinylated antigen is preferred, the plate should instead be coated with the subclass specific antibody, which is available in the web shop. |
