The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with bovine IL-17A and cross-react with IL-17A from sheep. The ELISA standard supplied is recombinant bovine IL-17A. Range: 1-200 pg/ml |
