| Description | Rabbit IgG ELISpot Flex enables enumeration of all B cells secreting IgG (total IgG) as well as antigen-specific IgG. The assay is recommended for studies of in vivo activated B cells, e.g. after immunization. The time-point for detection of cells secreting antigen-specific IgG after immunization needs to be established by the user. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies and Streptavidin-HRP. Antigen-specific B cells can be enumerated in two alternative ways; by coating with antigen or by using biotinylated antigen in the detection step. |
