| Description | The mouse IL-12/-23 (p40) ELISA Pro kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify mouse IL-12/-23 (p40) in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains an ELISA plate pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and ELISA diluent. The ELISA diluent prevents false positive read-outs which may be caused by heterophilic antibodies found in serum and plasma samples. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit are specific to the p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. ELISA assays based on antibodies to p40 will detect both IL-12 and IL-23. Such assays can also detect p40 monomers and dimers. Range: 10-3160 pg/ml |
