This assay enables enumeration of cells secreting IFN-γ in response to human Epstein Barr virus (EBV) peptides. The EBV defined peptide pool contains 100 peptides derived from 22 of the latent and lytic EBV proteins. Of the peptides, 66 are MHC class I restricted, and 34 are MHC class II restricted. |
