This product enables quantification of sheep IL-5 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with bovine IL-5 and cross-react with IL-5 from sheep. The ELISA standard supplied is recombinant bovine IL-5. Range: 4-1000 pg/ml |
