| Description | Mouse IgG2a ELISpot Flex enables enumeration of B cells secreting total IgG2a as well as antigen-specific IgG2a. The IgG2a allele is expressed in e.g., Balb/c mice. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP and polyclonal activators. With this kit, detection of antigen-specific IgG2a secreting B cells can be performed using coated antigen. If detection with biotinylated antigen is preferred, the plate should instead be coated with the subclass specific antibody, which is available in the web shop. |
