Product Name | CD41/CD61 Antibody Kit, anti-human, PE, REAlease® |
Description | CD41/CD61 Antibody Kit, anti-human, PE, REAlease®. Clone REAL179 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD41/CD61 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL179 recognizes the CD41/CD61 complex, also known as gpIIb/IIIa complex or integrin αIIbβ3. This cell adhesion molecule is an α/β transmembrane heterodimer of the ubiquitous integrin superfamily which is expressed by megakaryocytes and platelets. The CD41/CD61 complex plays an significant role in hemostasis and is also involved in fibrinogen binding and platelet aggregation. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
