| Description | Ly-6C Antibody Kit, anti-mouse, PE, REAlease®. Clone REAL451 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Ly-6C antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL451 recognizes the mouse Ly-6C antigen, which is a 14-17 kDa GPI-linked cell surface antigen that belongs to the Ly-6 family of murine surface glycoproteins. It is expressed on monocytes in the bone marrow and shortly after their migration into the circulation. Moreover, Ly-6C is expressed on memory T cells and CD11lowCD45R(B220)+ mPDCA1+ plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) in different organs. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
