| Description | SSEA-4 Antibody Kit, anti-human, VioGreen™, REAlease®. Clone REAL232 is an antibody fragment derived from the full SSEA-4 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL232 recognizes the glycolipid carbohydrate epitope stage specific embryonic antigen 4 (SSEA-4). SSEA-4 is found on undifferentiated human embryonic stem (ES) cells, induced pluripotent (iPS) cells, embryonal carcinoma (EC) cells, and embryonic germ (EG) cells as well as a variety of somatic stem cells, such as dental pulp stem cells, umbilical cord blood-derived very small embryonic like stem cells (VSELs), and mesenchymal stromal cells. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
