| Description | CD11b Antibody Kit, anti-mouse, PerCP, REAlease®. Clone REAL113 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD11b antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL113 recognizes the human and mouse CD11b antigen (Mac-1 α; integrin αM chain), which is part of the CD11b/CD18 heterodimer (Mac-1 α, Mβ2 integrin), also known as the C3 complement receptor. It functions as a receptor for complement (C3bi), fibrinogen, or clotting factor X. In humans, CD11b is strongly expressed on myeloid cells and weakly expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and some activated lymphocytes as well as on microglia in the brain. In mice, the CD11b antigen is expressed on monocytes/macrophages and microglia. To a lower extent it is expressed on granulocytes, NK cells, CD5+ B-1 cells, and subsets of dendritic cells. Clone REAL113 recognizes also the non-human primate CD11b antigen. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
