Product Name | Recombinant human CD30/TNFRSF8 protein |
Description | Domain: 19-379aa. Recombinant human TNFRSF8, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW: 39.5 kDa (370aa). Purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. TNFRSF8, also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8, is receptor for TNFSF8/CD30L. It may play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. Also, this protein regulates gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B. As a regulator of apoptosis, TNFRSF8 induces cell death or proliferation, depending on the cell type |
