Minimum Level of Detection: 9.04 pg/mL Dynamic range of quantitation: 24.69-2,000 pg/mL Intra-Assay Reproducibility: <10% CV, where n=20 for 3 sample concentrations at low, medium and high levels of the Dynamic Range within an experimental plate. Inter-Assay Reproducibility: <12% CV, where n=8 for 3 samples concentrations at low, medium and high levels of the Dynamic Range measured acorss 3 replicate plates. |
