| Description | Purity >95% by SDS-PAGE. Eotaxin / CCL11 is a member of the beta (C-C) motif chemokine family of inflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokines. Eotaxin is a potent and selective chemoattractant for eosinophils, but not monocytes, lymphocytes or neutrophils and is primarily produced by epithelial and phagocytic cells. RANDOX recombinant Eotaxin comprises a 74 amino acid fragment (24-87) corresponding to the mature Eotaxin protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. |
