IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2-Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukaemia's and lymphomas. RANDOX recombinant IL2-Ra comprises a 192 amino acid fragment (22-213) corresponding to the mature IL2- Ra protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino terminal hexahistidine tag. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. |
