| Description | The REmAb® de novo protein sequencing workflow delivers a complete protein sequence with unparalleled accuracy and reliability. Starting with just 100µg of purified protein, the sample undergoes multi-enzyme digestions and the fragments are measured with LC-MS/MS to derive the de novo peptide sequences. These fragments are then analyzed by Rapid Novor's suite of bioinformatics algorithms to assemble the full-length protein sequence. Our unique de novo workflow allows us to determine the full protein sequence with hundreds of overlapped peptides without requiring a database or sequence library for reference or homology. |
