| Description | Epitope: exon 2, aa 28-91 (conformational epitope). Stains SMN band in HeLa total protein extract (with 2 higher Mr bands). Stains dot-like structures (gems) in the nucleus. The staining of mouse SMN is weak. Doesn'r work on rabbit. Contrary to what was published in the initial publication, the Depositor stated that this antibody doesn't work on rabbit.
