| Description | Epitope: Cytoplasmic (aa 80-421). mAB 30 (asv30) as a lower affinity than mAb 48 (asv 48). The two antibodies recognize the same antigen, Syt1. mAB 30 (asv30) is detergent sensitive: TritonX-100 sensitive epitope (reversible), epitope present in presence of CHAPS.
