| Description | Epitope: non-contiguous amino acids in N-terminal repeats of alpha 5. P1D6 recognizes native protein only. This antibody works well with formalin, 4 % paraformadehyde, acetone-methanol or ice-cold methanol fixation. P1D6 neutralizes binding of alpha5 beta 1 to the cell adhesion domain of fibronectin only.
