DescriptionEpitope: intracellular domain, aa 1791-2504. The Neurogenic locus Notch protein functions as a transmembrane receptor for membrane-bound ligands Delta and Serrate to regulate neurodevelopment. Upon ligand activation, the intracellular domain (NICD) is released from the cell membrane, and forms a transcriptional activator complex with the Suppressor of hairless protein. Antibody Registry ID: AB_528410
ImmunogenRecombinant fusion protein containing aa 1791-2504 of the intracellular domain of Notch., Partial protein
Other NamesCG3936, Notch, NECD, NICD
